Our Program
SPARK After the Bell offers afternoons of discovery and innovation to school-age children ages 5 to 10, Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM during the school year. All programs take place in our “Spark Lab” at 70 Senn Drive, in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. For your convenience, we also provide transportation from certain local elementary schools to our SPARK Lab at no additional cost.
Throughout the school year, SPARK offers a total of eight STEM Programs in four Sessions that run for approximately six to eight weeks. Each Session includes two Programs—Program A (Mondays and Wednesdays) and Program B (Tuesdays and Thursdays). For example, Program A might be learning how to build a prosthetic hand with movable fingers, while Program B is devoted to aerospace engineering and building a glider plane. Your child is free to sign up for a single program or all eight. The choice is yours. See the Schedule and Pricing page for specific details.
In addition to the eight programs throughout the school year, for an additional fee, your child can also participate in our specialty STEM camps during winter and spring break.
At SPARK, every day your child will have the opportunity build, create, and explore.
